01 Acceptance of Terms
By registering a merchant account, generating API keys, or using any checkout service on TruexGateway (https://truexgateway.xyz), you agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.
02 Nature of Service (Technical SaaS Provider)
TruexGateway is a technical software utility that generates dynamic UPI QR codes and automates transaction status polling via your own connected merchant accounts (Paytm Business, BharatPe, or FamPay). We are not a bank, depository, or escrow agent. All payments settle directly between the payer and your linked UPI VPA at 0% platform commission.
03 Permitted Merchant Usage & Prohibited Activities
Merchants may only use TruexGateway for lawful digital products, SaaS subscriptions, e-commerce goods, and legitimate services. You strictly agree not to use the platform for:
- Fraudulent, deceptive, or phishing payment collection schemes.
- Illegal goods, unauthorized financial schemes, or any activity prohibited under Indian law and NPCI guidelines.
- Attempting to manipulate UTR numbers, abuse API rate limits, or disrupt platform infrastructure.
Accounts found violating these policies will be immediately suspended without notice.
04 API Keys & Account Security
You are responsible for keeping your txg_live_ API keys, account password, and merchant credentials confidential. If you suspect unauthorized use of your API key, you must revoke and regenerate it immediately from your Merchant Dashboard.
05 Refunds, Disputes & Chargebacks
Because 100% of every payment settles directly into the merchant's own bank account or UPI wallet without passing through TruexGateway, the merchant is solely responsible for handling customer refunds, order fulfillment, and billing disputes.
